Corrections & Updates Policy

GMJ News is committed to accuracy. When errors are identified, we correct them promptly and transparently.

Types of Corrections

• Minor: Spelling, grammar, formatting fixed without notation
• Factual: Errors in statistics, names, dates corrected with visible notice
• Retractions: Articles based on retracted research receive prominent retraction notice

Content Updates

Updated articles carry an “[Updated]” tag, display the update date, and undergo full editorial review.

Report an Error

Contact editor@gmj.ge with the article URL, the error, and correct information with a source. We respond within 48 hours.
