უარყოფითი რეაქცია არის პრევენციული, დიაგნოსტიკური ან თერაპიული პროცედურის არასასურველი შედეგი, რომელიც შეიძლება გამოიწვიოს ჯანმრთელობის გაუარესება ან ახალი სიმპტომების გაჩენა [1].

An adverse reaction is an undesirable outcome of a preventive, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedure.

უარყოფითი რეაქცია არის ის, როცა წამალი ან მკურნალობა არასწორად მოქმედებს და ჯანმრთელობას ზიანს აყენებს. ეს შეიძლება იყოს ალერგია ან სხვა სახის პრობლემა, რაც ექიმმა უნდა იცოდეს. მნიშვნელოვანია, რომ პაციენტმა ექიმს უთხრას, თუ რაიმე უცნაური სიმპტომი იგრძნო.
