🚨 Breaking Newsvia Signal Intelligence

Signal intelligence indicates WHO has declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) on 31 May 2026 following cross-border transmission of Ebola from Democratic Republic of Congo to Uganda. Multiple high-confidence signals (92-95% reliability) consistently report the outbreak in DRC has exceeded 900 cases with confirmed spread across the DRC-Uganda border.
