შემთხვევა-კონტროლის კვლევა არის მეთოდი, რომელიც გამოიყენება დაავადების გამომწვევი მიზეზების შესასწავლად [1]. ამ კვლევაში შედარებულია დაავადების მქონე პირები იმ პირებთან, რომლებსაც დაავადება არ აქვთ [2].

A case-control study is a method used to investigate the causes of a disease by comparing individuals with the disease to those without it.
