Skin isn't fed from the outside—it's supplied from within. A new study in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology shows that dietary vitamin C reaches skin more reliably than topical creams. Just 250mg daily (two kiwifruit) improved skin thickness and epidermal renewal in 8 weeks.
