კლასიფიცირდება შემდეგნაირად: RI: ყველა ნეგატიური პაციენტი, რომლებიც მკურნალობის შემდეგ მე-7 დღეს, რომლებიც მალარიის ასექსუალური ფორმით არიან დაავადებულნი შვიდდღიანი მკურნალობის შემდეგ 8 დღიდან 28-ე დღემდე პოზიტიურნი ხდებიან, რაც გრძელდება 42-ე დღემდე. RII: ყველა პაციენტი მე-7 დღეს ჯერ კიდევ პოზიტიურია მალარიის ასექსუალური ფორმის მიმართ. RIII: ყველა პაციენტი, ვისი პარაზიტემიაც მეორე დღეს 75%-ით შემცირდა 0 დღესთან შედარებით. სენსიტიური: ყველა პაციენტი, რომელსაც 6 დღის შემდეგ პარაზიტემია არ აღენიშნება.
