არაფორმალური დასაქმება
განმარტება · Definition

არაფორმალური დასაქმება არის სამუშაო, რომელიც კანონითა და სოციალური დაცვით არ არის დაფარული — წერილობითი ხელშეკრულების, საპენსიო და სოციალური შენატანების გარეშე. საქართველოში 2022 წელს დასაქმებულთა 37.1% არაფორმალურად მუშაობდა (შსო).

Informal employment is work not covered by labour law and social protection — without a written contract or social contributions; in Georgia 37.1% of the employed worked informally in 2022 (ILO).
