მეგალობლასტური ანემია არის მდგომარეობა, როდესაც ძვლის ტვინში იქმნება დიდი და მოუმწიფებელი ერითროციტები, რაც ხშირად გამოწვეულია ფოლიუმ მჟავის ან B12 ვიტამინის დეფიციტით [1].

Megaloblastic anemia is a condition characterized by the presence of large, immature red blood cell precursors in the bone marrow, often due to folic acid or B12 deficiency.
