The investment framework prioritizes surveillance systems, laboratory capacity, and workforce development across human and animal health sectors, with approximately 60% of funding directed toward strengthening One Health infrastructure in low- and middle-income countries. Implementation is scheduled to begin in 2025, with participating nations required to establish national coordination mechanisms by 2026.
