ცირკადული რიტმის ძილის-გაღვიძების დარღვევები არის მდგომარეობა, რომელიც გავლენას ახდენს ადამიანის ბიოლოგიურ საათზე და არღვევს ძილისა და გაღვიძების ნორმალურ ციკლს [1]. ეს დარღვევები ხშირად იწვევს უძილობას ან ძილის არასაკმარისობას [2].
