განზრახ თვითდაზიანება, რომელიც ხდება პიროვნების, ცხოველის ან მცენარის კონტაქტით, არის ქცევა, რომელიც მიზნად ისახავს სხეულის დაზიანებას [1].

Intentional self-harm by contact with a person, animal, or plant is a behavior aimed at causing bodily harm.
