ჯანდაცვის საერთაშორისო რეგულაციები

ჯანდაცვის საერთაშორისო რეგულაციები (IHR) არის შეთანხმება, რომელიც მიზნად ისახავს დაავადებების გავრცელების პრევენციას და კონტროლს საერთაშორისო მასშტაბით[1]. იგი უზრუნველყოფს ქვეყნებს შორის თანამშრომლობის მექანიზმებს და ინფორმაციის სწრაფ გაცვლას[2].

ჯანდაცვის საერთაშორისო რეგულაციები პირველად მიიღეს 1969 წელს, რათა უზრუნველეყო დაავადებების გავრცელების კონტროლი მინიმალური ჩარევით მსოფლიო ვაჭრობაში. რეგულაციების მიზანია, რომ ქვეყნებმა სწრაფად გაცვალონ ინფორმაცია დაავადებების შესახებ, რაც ხელს უწყობს ეპიდემიების პრევენციას.
