განმარტება · Definition

ზედმეტი კვალიფიკაცია არის მდგომარეობა, როდესაც დასაქმებულის განათლების დონე აღემატება მისი სამუშაოს მოთხოვნებს. საქართველოში 2024 წელს დასაქმებულთა 27%, ახალგაზრდებში კი 36% იყო ზედმეტად კვალიფიციური (სსფ).

Overeducation is when a worker's education exceeds the requirements of the job; in Georgia 27% of workers and 36% of young workers were overeducated in 2024 (IMF).
