ფაქტიციური დარღვევები არის ფსიქიკური მდგომარეობა, როდესაც ადამიანი განზრახ იწვევს ან იმიტირებს დაავადების სიმპტომებს საკუთარი თავისთვის [1].

Factitious disorders are mental conditions where a person deliberately produces or exaggerates symptoms of illness in themselves.
