🚨 Breaking Newsvia Signal Intelligence

Signal intelligence confirms WHO has declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) regarding an Ebola outbreak that has crossed from the Democratic Republic of Congo into Uganda. Multiple high-confidence signals (95-92/100) detected within a 4-hour window on 31 May 2026 indicate coordinated international response activation.
