Consumer research data reveals that taste quality remains the leading factor affecting protein supplement acceptance, with 89 percent of users citing this as a primary concern. A groundbreaking study has now traced this persistent problem directly to concentrated minerals that accumulate during traditional whey protein processing.

Researchers have developed a targeted manufacturing approach that removes these mineral deposits without compromising the supplement’s textural properties or nutritional efficacy.
