პრევალენტობა-ინციდენტობის (ნეიმან) ცდომილება არის კვლევითი ცდომილება, რომელიც წარმოიქმნება, როდესაც კვლევაში მხოლოდ არსებული შემთხვევები შედის, რაც იწვევს შედეგების არასწორ ინტერპრეტაციას [1].

Prevalence-incidence (Neyman) bias is a research bias that occurs when only existing cases are included in a study, leading to misinterpretation of results.
