🚨 Breaking Newsvia Signal Intelligence

Multiple high-confidence signals confirm WHO has declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) regarding an ongoing Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo that has crossed into Uganda. Signal intelligence indicates the outbreak has exceeded 900 cases within DRC. Two signals reference involvement of a 'rare strain' though strain characteristics are not specified. All signals originate from May 31, 2026, suggesting recent emergency declaration.
