განმარტება · Definition

კოლექტიური მოლაპარაკების დაფარვა არის იმ დასაქმებულთა წილი, რომელთა შრომის პირობებსაც კოლექტიური ხელშეკრულება არეგულირებს. საქართველოსთვის შსო-ს შეფასებებია 14.4% (2020) და 11% (2021); ოფიციალურ სტატისტიკას საქსტატი არ აქვეყნებს.

Collective bargaining coverage is the share of employees whose terms of employment are set by a collective agreement; ILO estimates for Georgia are 14.4% (2020) and 11% (2021); Geostat publishes no official figure.
