Recent research from the University of Sydney presents striking evidence of mental health challenges specific to entertainment professionals. The data shows that workers in the entertainment industry experience depression at rates 2.5 times higher than the general population, alongside elevated anxiety disorders at 2.2 times the baseline rate.
