განმარტება · Definition

კოლექტიური შრომითი დავა არის დავა დამსაქმებელსა და დასაქმებულთა ჯგუფს (სულ მცირე 20 პირი) ან დასაქმებულთა გაერთიანებას შორის, რომელიც შემათანხმებელი პროცედურებით — მოლაპარაკებით ან სახელმწიფო მედიაციით — უნდა გადაწყდეს.

A collective labour dispute is a dispute between an employer and a group of at least 20 employees or a workers' association, to be resolved through conciliation — negotiation or state mediation.
